It is an anthromorphic character, or an animal character to which is given some human-like qualities. Which can be: bipedal (for normal quadrupedal animals), the ability to speak, or even clothing them up. As for the Furry Community, it consists of those who appreciate those 'Furries', and usually, who like to dress up at them.
